Introduced in 2014, SlingShot brings a one-of-a-kind experience to Cedar Point. Riders sit in a two-person capsule as they get launched 360 feet into the air (higher than the record-breaking Giga Coaster, Millennium Force, and only second in height to Top Thrill Dragster) at a speed of 62 mph. Riders will experience brief weightlessness and then bounce up and down until the capsule comes to rest at the launch point. Manufactured by Funtime, SlingShot is located on the Gemini Midway. SlingShot is an additional charge attraction.
